绩效考核和薪酬管理是当前现代企业开展有效管理的重要手段,不仅能够促进工作效率的提升,还能有效解决企业人力资源管理不足,增强企业核心竞争力。鉴于此,企业应从自身实际情况出发,以各岗位性质、岗位职责、工作量及风险程度等相关要素作为绩效考核的重要标准,进而形成科学、合理的薪酬管理体系,促进企业管理的体发展,从而提高医疗服务质量。
Performance appraisal and salary management are the important means to carry out effective management in modern enterprises. They not only promote the improvement of work efficiency, but also effectively solve the problem of enterprise human resources management and enhance their core competitiveness. In view of this, the enterprise should proceed from its own actual conditions and take the relevant factors such as the nature of posts, job responsibilities, workload and degree of risk as important criteria for performance appraisal so as to form a scientific and reasonable compensation management system and promote the development of the enterprise management.
