在发展低碳经济的时代背景下,各类低碳要素的引入将对传统电源规划的内涵与模式带来深刻的变化。与此同时,碳捕集电厂和碳捕集预留电厂将成为未来电源规划的重要选项。将低碳要素引入电源规划决策之中,在充分考虑传统电力系统安全、经济运行要求的前提下,建立了含碳捕集电厂的低碳电源规划模型,重点在规划层面考虑了碳捕集技术的不同配置选项和发展路线,实现对碳捕集和碳捕集预留技术的建模。所提出的低碳电源规划模型本质上是一个统一协调的规划模型,统一考虑了规划中的投资决策问题与运行模拟问题。最后,以我国某省的实际数据构造算例,验证了所提出的模型与方法的合理性与有效性。
In the era of developing low-carbon economy, the introduction of various types of low-carbon elements will profoundly change the connotation and mode of traditional power supply planning. In the meantime, carbon capture plants and carbon capture reserve plants will be important options for future power planning. The low-carbon elements are introduced into the power planning decision-making, and on the premise of considering the requirements of safety and economic operation of the traditional power system, a low-carbon power planning model for carbon capture power plants is established. The proposed low-carbon power supply planning model is essentially a unified and coordinated planning model, which takes into consideration the investment decision-making and operation simulation in the planning. Finally, an example is constructed based on the actual data of a province in our country, which verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
