本文综述了临床应用葛根素注射液引起的药物热、过敏性休克、窦房结抑制等不良反应。提示其不良反应的潜伏期有长有短,临床应用时应注意密切观察,一旦出现不良反应需立即停药和对症处理,以减少不良反应的发生及危害。 This article reviewed the adverse effects of clinical fever, anaphylactic shock, and inhibition of sinus node caused by puerarin injection. It is suggested that the latency of adverse reactions is short or long. In clinical applications, attention should be paid to close observation. In the event of adverse reactions, immediate withdrawal and symptomatic treatment are needed to reduce the occurrence and harm of adverse reactions.
