时下,一些干部在自我评价时常说:“没有功劳有苦劳,没有苦劳有疲劳。”一旦得不到组织的提拔重用,往往牢骚满腹、消极懈怠。这既反映出一些干部浮躁的心态,也暴露出他们党性修养的不足。解决这一问题,要求各级干部正确对待个人的功劳、苦劳、疲劳,坦然面对个人进退得失,不计较、不攀比,经受住名誉和地位的考验。
Nowadays, some cadres often say in self-evaluation: “Without merit and with hardship, without hardship and fatigue. ” Once the promotion and reorganization of the organization are not available, often complain and lose their job. This not only reflects the impetuous mentality of some cadres, but also reveals the inadequacies of their party’s self-cultivation. To solve this problem, all levels of cadres are required to correctly handle the merits, hardships and fatigue of individuals, and to face the test of individual’s advance and retreat gains and losses, ignoring and comparisons, and surviving reputation and status.
