众所周知,齿轮的最大负载能力,通常受齿面耐久性(亦称抗点蚀)或齿根弯曲强度的限制。齿面耐久性是由齿廓不过早地产生点蚀所能承受的最大交变接触应力来决定的;而齿根弯曲强度则由齿根部不过早地产生裂纹所能承受的最大交变弯曲应力决定的。
It is well-known that the maximum load capacity of a gear is generally limited by the durability of the tooth flank (also known as pitting resistance) or the bending strength of the root. The tooth surface durability is determined by the maximum alternating contact stress that the tooth profile will not suffer from premature pitting corrosion and the root bending strength is the maximum alternating bending stress decided.
