回顾了完成于2008年的一个三开间乡村住宅翻建实验项目,它着重从空间组织策略、围护结构构造和材料等层面探讨村宅热物理环境调控的设计可能,实验发展出房间层级连续绝热的围护结构热工设计模型,以积极响应高性价比的项目要求。这一当地化的工作证明了布鲁诺凯勒教授(瑞士ETH)提出的“能量稳定”设计策略的有效性,对如今的乡建热湖提供了另一个维度的参考。
The retrofitting experiment project of a three-room rural house completed in 2008 is reviewed. It focuses on the possibility of designing the physical environment regulation and control of the village house from the aspects of spatial organization strategy, structure and material of the envelope and so on. It develops the continuous adiabatic Thermal design of containment structure model to respond positively to cost-effective project requirements. This localized work proves the validity of the “Energy Stable” design strategy proposed by Professor Bruno Keller (ETH, Switzerland), which provides a reference to another dimension of today’s hot lake construction.
