单轮组转向架在降低车辆自重和运行噪声及改善曲线通过性能方面具有较大优势。文章首先分析了轮胎式单轮组转向架独轨车辆的结构特点,然后运用Simpack动力学仿真软件建立了动力学模型。仿真结果表明,该模型在满足稳定性要求的条件下,在曲线通过性能方面具有明显优势,尤其适用于小弯道城市轨道线路。 Single-wheel bogies have great advantages in reducing vehicle self-weight and operating noise and improving curve-passing performance. In this paper, the structural characteristics of a single-wheel-type single-track truck with monorail steering system are analyzed. Then, a dynamic model is established by using Simpack dynamics simulation software. The simulation results show that the model has obvious advantages in curve passing performance under the condition of meeting the stability requirements, and is especially suitable for the small curve urban rail line.
