文章认为，解决农村医疗卫生工作的主要问题，从宏观上讲是政策和措施，从微观上讲是医学专业人才的素质。就此问题，作者在连续３年调查研究的基础上，提出了加强农村医学教育的若干建议：①培养乡村医生应以三级医疗预防保健网为基础，国家宏观指导，普通高、中等医学院校支持。②高、中等医学院校教育支农，应以培训乡医基地师资为主，直接参与为辅。③农村医学教育的课程设置，应结合实情，以满足农村卫生服务的需要为目的。④高、中等医学院校对农村医学教育和卫生服务应承担必要的任务，在总体规划的前提下，既要培养高层次的专科医学人才，也要培养防治结合的全科人才。文章最后就如何加强农村医学教育的法律保障问题提出了自己的看法。
The article believes that solving major problems in the rural medical and health work is, in the macro sense, policies and measures, and microscopically speaking, it is the quality of medical professionals. On this issue, the author put forward several suggestions for strengthening rural medical education on the basis of three consecutive years of investigation and research: 1 The training of rural doctors should be based on a three-tier medical preventive health care network, national macro guidance, and general high and secondary medical colleges. stand by. 2 Education and support for agriculture in high and secondary medical colleges and universities should be based on the training of rural medical school teachers, with direct participation as a supplement. 3 The curriculum of rural medical education should be combined with the actual situation to meet the needs of rural health services. 4 High and secondary medical colleges and universities should undertake the necessary tasks for rural medical education and health services. Under the premise of overall planning, it is necessary to train high-level specialist medical personnel as well as to train combined and controlled general talents. At the end of the article, I put forward my own opinions on how to strengthen the legal protection of rural medical education.
