汽车制动性能是指汽车行驶时,能在短距离内停车且维持行驶方向的稳定和下坡时能维持一定的车速,以及保证汽车长时间停驻坡道的能力。随着人民生活水平的提高以及汽车工业的发展,小型汽车的数量越来越庞大。然而,随之而来的是汽车交通事故造成人身伤亡的现象越来越严重,而汽车的制动性能对汽车的整体性能起着决定性的作用。因此,采用现代汽车检测诊断技术,利用先进的检测仪器,诊断汽车的制动性能,找出隐患及时排除,发现问题及时维修,确保汽车行车安全便显得尤为重要。本文基于对现有车辆制动性能检测平台的认识,设计了一个单轴惯性式检测试验平台,可对卡丁车的制动性能做出明确的检测。
Vehicle braking performance refers to the car can be parked within a short distance and to maintain the stability of the driving direction and downhill to maintain a certain speed, and to ensure that the car parked in the ramp for a long time. With the improvement of people’s living standards and the development of the automobile industry, the number of small-sized cars is getting larger and larger. However, with the consequent increase in personal injuries caused by traffic accidents, the braking performance of automobiles plays a decisive role in the overall performance of automobiles. Therefore, the use of modern vehicle testing and diagnostic techniques, the use of advanced detection equipment, diagnosis of the car’s braking performance, identify potential problems in a timely manner to eliminate problems and find timely maintenance, to ensure vehicle driving safety is particularly important. Based on the recognition of existing vehicle braking performance testing platform, this paper designed a single-axis inertial testing platform to make a clear test of the braking performance of go-kart.
