目的研究医科大学新生抑郁情绪状况及其与自我和谐的关系,为医科大学新生的心理健康教育提供参考。方法选取某医科大学选修《心理健康教育》课程并自愿参加研究的本科一年级学生821名,其中男生284名,女生537名,采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行测试。结果医科大学新生抑郁症状检出率为33.4%;不同抑郁水平学生的自我与经验不和谐及自我灵活性水平差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);自我和谐中自我与经验不和谐、自我灵活性影响个体的抑郁水平。结论不和谐的自我可能会引发个体的抑郁情绪。
Objective To study the relationship between the depressive mood and the self-harmony of freshmen in medical universities and to provide a reference for the mental health education of freshmen in medical universities. Methods A total of 821 freshmen, 284 boys and 537 girls, who volunteered to participate in the course of “Mental Health Education” at a medical university, were selected by self-consistency scale (SCCS) and depression self-rating scale (SDS) carry out testing. Results The prevalence of depressive symptoms was 33.4% in freshmen of medical college. There was significant difference between students with different levels of depression in self-experience and self-flexibility (P <0.05). In self-harmony, self-experience was not harmonious, Self-flexibility affects the level of depression in an individual. Conclusion Disharmony of the self may trigger individual depression.
