用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳检测了茌梨、恩梨、金香梨、槎子梨、冰糖子梨和歪把糙梨花瓣的过氧化物酶同工酶,结果表明其酶谱完全相同,每个品种都有6条谱带。从生化这一角度证明了茌梨系是同源品种。
Peroxidase isozymes of Peach pear, Engen peach, Jinxiang pear, Prickly pear, Bingbingzi pear and crooked Pear pear petals were detected by polyacrylamide gel vertical plate electrophoresis. The results showed that their zymograms were identical , Each species has 6 bands. From the biochemical point of view prolactin pear series are homologous varieties.
