目前,我国ETC(不停车收费)技术经过飞速发展,已经在全国大部分省份推广普及。许多省份高速公路不停车收费都具有相当规模,区域联网收费成为高速公路电子收费新的发展趋势。在这种情况下,由于路网的复杂性,投资主体的增多,精确收费变得更加敏感。高速公路多车道自由流电子收费可解决该需求。而在城市智能交通管理中,路桥收费采用多车道自由流电子收费可缓解交通堵塞等城市交通问题。本文探讨ETC专用车道电子收费与多车道自由流电子收费的差异性,并针对差别性探讨ETC标签在多车道自由流收费下的应用要求及应用方式。
At present, China’s ETC (non-stop charging) technology through rapid development, has been in most provinces in the country to promote popularization. In many provinces, toll-free expressways have a considerable scale and regional toll collection has become a new trend of expressway toll collection. Under such circumstances, due to the complexity of the road network and the increase in the number of investors, accurate charges have become more sensitive. Highway multi-lane free-flow electronic charges to address this need. In the city of intelligent traffic management, road and bridge charges using multi-lane free flow of electronic charges can ease traffic congestion and other urban traffic problems. This article explores the differences between ETC Private Lane E-toll and Multi-lane Free-Flow E-charges, and discusses the application requirements and application of ETC tags for multi-lane free flow charges according to the differences.
