目的 研究去甲肾上腺素是否对大鼠心肌具有缺血预处理后的延迟保护作用。方法 4 0只大鼠随机分为 3组。正常对照组 (NC ,n =13) :冠脉前降支下穿线 ,不结扎 ,旷置 10 5min ;单纯缺血 /再灌注组(I/R ,n =13) :冠脉前降支结扎 4 5min ,再灌注 6 0min ;去甲肾上腺素预处理组 (NEPC ,n =14) :腹腔注射去甲肾上腺素 ,2 4h后操作同I/R组。以心电图 (ECG)、心肌梗塞范围及心肌组织丙二醛 (MDA)含量为观察指标。结果 与I/R组相比 ,NEPC组显著缩小I/R后的心肌梗塞范围 (P <0 .0 1) ;减小了ECG的ST段上移幅度并降低了室性心律失常的发生率 (P <0 .0 1) ;心肌MDA含量明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,减轻了自由基对心肌的损害。结论 去甲肾上腺素对大鼠缺血心肌有延迟保护作用
Objective To investigate whether norepinephrine has a delayed protective effect on ischemic preconditioning in rat myocardium. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into three groups. Normal control group (NC, n = 13): Coronary anterior descending coronary artery was ligated without ligation and exclusion for 10 5 min; ischemia / reperfusion group (I / R, n = 13) Norepinephrine pretreatment group (nEPC, n = 14): intraperitoneal injection of norepinephrine, 24 h after operation with the I / R group. Electrocardiogram (ECG), myocardial infarction and myocardial tissue malondialdehyde (MDA) content were observed. Results Compared with I / R group, NEPC group significantly reduced the range of myocardial infarction after I / R (P <0.01), reduced the amplitude of ECG ST segment elevation and decreased the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia (P <0.01). The content of MDA in myocardium decreased significantly (P <0.01), and the myocardial damage of free radicals was relieved. Conclusion Norepinephrine has a delayed protective effect on ischemic myocardium in rats
