螺釘、螺母等用作連接紧固的标准件,在机器制造中被广泛地采用着。这类零件一般都經过氰化淬硬,以提高它的耐磨性。而一般工厂采用的是固体氰化法,生产效率低,而且由于温度比較高,螺釘絲扣經常被渗透,一敲就崩裂。我厂限于条件,也是采用这种方法的。在技术革新中,同志們根据气体氰化理論,提出了利用固体氰化剂进行气体氰化,經过試驗效果良好,并且已經正式用在生产上。
Screws, nuts, etc. are used as standard fasteners for fastening and are widely used in machine construction. Such parts are generally hardened by cyanidation to improve its wear resistance. The general factory is the use of solid cyanide method, the production efficiency is low, and because of the relatively high temperature, screw threaded often penetrate, knock on the crack. My factory is limited to conditions, but also use this method. In technological innovation, comrades put forward the use of solid cyanide gas cyanide gas based on the theory of gas cyanidation, the test results are good, and has been formally used in the production.
