Edentulous patients with severe atrophy of the alveoli, the denture to reduce the area of support, affecting its retention and stability, the more serious atrophy, dentures and face shape recovery more difficult. There are many professionals put forward the total denture repair method, but the use of non-surgical methods to increase the bearing area of the maxillary denture and its clinical application remains to be further studied. Objective To establish the zygomatic buccal and zygomatic denture based on the anatomical changes of the edentulous jaw and partially utilize the zygomatic bump by means of impression expansion. The zygomatic buccal total denture is applied to patients with varying degrees of alveolar atrophy and to observe the clinical effects
