开展城市报警与监控系统建设是社会治安防控体系建设的重要组成部分,当前,我国,尤其是东部沿海地区正在积极开展城市报警与监控系统建设。笔者首先总结了国内外监控系统建设现状,然后分析了国内建设存在的三个问题,最后针对这些问题提出了相关对策。
Carrying out the construction of urban alarm and monitoring system is an important part of the construction of social order prevention and control system. Currently, our country, especially the eastern coastal areas, are actively carrying out urban alarm and monitoring system construction. The author first summarizes the current situation of the construction of monitoring system at home and abroad, and then analyzes the three problems existing in the domestic construction, and finally puts forward the countermeasures against these problems.
