第一条(依据) 根据《盐业管理条例》、《食盐加碘消除碘缺乏危害管理条例》、《食盐专营办法》的规定,制定本规定。 第二条(适用范围) 本规定适用于本市行政区域内从事盐产品的生产加工、储运、购销及其管理活动。 第三条(有关用语的含义) 盐产品,是指氯化钠(NaCl)含量为50％以上的产品。 食盐,是指直接食用和制作食品所用的盐。 多品种食盐,是指在食盐中添加营养强化剂、药物、调味品等,生产加工成的各式花色品种的食盐。
Article 1 (Basis) This Provisions is formulated in accordance with the provisions of the “Regulations for the Administration of Salt Industry,” “Regulations on the Administration of Salt Iodine to Eliminate Iodine Deficiency,” and “Salt Franchise Measures.” Article 2 (Scope of Application) These Provisions shall apply to the production, processing, storage and transportation, purchase and sale of salt products and their management activities in the administrative area of this Municipality. Article 3 (Meaning of terms) Salt products refer to products with a sodium chloride (NaCl) content of over 50%. Salt refers to the salt used for direct consumption and food preparation. Variety of salt, refers to the addition of salt in the nutrition fortifier, drugs, condiments, etc., production and processing of various types of color into the salt.
