目的了解湖北地区城镇与农村健康人群CD4+T淋巴细胞计数。方法取健康人群的全血标本,用流式细胞仪检测CD4+T淋巴细胞计数,用SPSS 13.0对不同地区、性别、年龄组健康人群CD4+T淋巴细胞计数进行比较。结果湖北地区城镇与农村498名健康人群CD4+T淋巴细胞计数均值为632.35个/μl,其中农村健康人群CD4+T淋巴细胞计数为564.13个/μl,低于城镇健康人群的696.05个/μl(P<0.05)。另外,7~19岁、20~29岁、30~39岁、40~49岁、50~59岁及60岁以上年龄组健康人群CD4+T淋巴细胞计数均值,分别为711.36个/μl、640.40个/μl、625.73个/μl、638.38个/μl、593.22个/μl和524.96个/μl。结论湖北地区农村健康人群CD4+T淋巴细胞计数低于城镇健康人群,而且随着年龄增长,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数呈下降趋势。
Objective To understand the CD4 + T lymphocyte count in healthy urban and rural areas in Hubei Province. Methods The whole blood samples of healthy people were collected. The counts of CD4 + T lymphocytes were detected by flow cytometry. The numbers of CD4 + T lymphocytes in healthy people of different regions, sexes and ages were compared by SPSS 13.0. Results The mean CD4 + T lymphocyte count of 498 healthy people in urban and rural areas in Hubei Province was 632.35 / μl, among which, the number of CD4 + T lymphocytes in rural healthy population was 564.13 / μl, which was lower than that of urban healthy population of 696.05 cells / μl P <0.05). In addition, the average CD4 + T lymphocyte counts of healthy people aged 7-19 years, 20-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years, 50-59 years and over 60 years old were 711.36 / μl, 640.40 625.73 pieces / μl, 638.38 pieces / μl, 593.22 pieces / μl, and 524.96 pieces / μl. Conclusion The CD4 + T lymphocyte count in rural healthy population in Hubei is lower than that in urban healthy population, and the CD4 + T lymphocyte count shows a decreasing trend with age.
