课堂的难度和魅力就在教师的设计。我感觉到,教师对课堂的设计对学生学习积极性的正面影响是显而易见的。教师难就难在要把自己很明白的问题,不直接讲给学生(否则,就是填鸭式了),而是引导着学生情愿地,满怀兴趣地去探索,去学习。教师要与学生在同一个水平上,有时甚至要“蹲下来”去引导其思考。就像时下流行的访谈类的节目,好看不好看,全在主持人如何去设计话题,才能让嘉宾满怀兴致地去聊。在不断实践新课堂的过程中,我通过上课、听课,有了一些体会,现总结一下,和大家探讨、分享,不当之处希望与大
