制冷工程中常用制冷剂为氨、氟立昂等。在国外某油田联合站设计中,根据制冷要求选用正丁烷、异丁烷各占50%的混合冷剂进行单级冷剂循环制冷。其特点为:有节能效果、混合冷剂的组成可以根据工况需要人为地调整、可降低节流过程的不可逆损失及增加制冷量、冷剂循环量少、经济效益高等。丁烷混合冷剂在油田气处理工程中是可行的,具有推广价值。
