近年来,抗生素的滥用引发大量耐药菌株产生、抗生素疗效下降等一系列问题,严重威胁着人类和动物的健康。作为抗生素的一类可能替代物,抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)具有广谱抗菌活性,对部分病毒、寄生虫、肿瘤细胞等也具有抑杀作用,且不易产生耐药性,在医学、兽医学和生命科学等研究领域有着良好的应用前景。本文从抗菌肽的来源、分类方式、生物学活性、作用机制和应用研究等几个方面,综合阐述了国内外关于抗菌肽的研究动态。
