高中生是承载希望的一代,担负着建设国家、实现民族复兴的艰巨任务。如何在高中时期有效提高学生的科学素养、挖掘他们的创新潜能,已成为每所中学亟需解决的难题。而作为学校教育的重要组成部分——科技辅导教师,在这项工程中又该发挥什么作用呢?一是采取适度的激励措施。培养兴趣是关键一方面,运用科技知识内在的激励因素,主要是利用学习要求与学生现状及发展之间的矛盾和差距,并着力将这种矛盾转化为学生对科技创新的自身需要,引导学生主动参与、主动思考;另一方面,要经常用赞许、表扬和奖励等方式激发学生对科技创新活动的兴趣。
