In recent years, studies have found that acute cerebrovascular disease may be associated with elevated peripheral blood leukocyte counts, but there are few reports on the relationship between leukocyte count and the recent prognosis of cerebrovascular disease. In this paper, 50 cases of leukocytosis and 50 cases of normal white blood cells in patients with cerebral infarction in the near future prognosis are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 100 patients were hospitalized in our hospital from 1990 to 1994, are in line with the national second session of the standard cerebrovascular disease conference, and confirmed by CT. According to the level of early peripheral blood leukocytes divided into two groups: A group (leukocytosis group), 50 cases, 30 males and 20 females; aged 40 to 73 years, mean age 63.5 years; early peripheral white blood cell count 10.1 ~ 20.2 × 10 ~ 9 / L, an average of 13.1 × 10 ~ 9 / L. Group B (normal white blood cells group): 50 cases, including 35 males and 15 females; aged 45 to 80 years (average 64.2 years); early peripheral white blood cells 4.0 to 9.9 × 10 9 / L, an average of 8.4 × 10 9 / L.
