钢架是锅炉的主要承重结构,一般采用重复的设计方法进行验证计算,这种方法不仅耗费大量的时间,而且结果也不够精确,针对此问题重点分析锅炉钢架所承受的各种载荷,对锅炉钢架运行过程中所承受的载荷形式、计算方法进行探讨研究,提出有限元分析过程中载荷的有效施加方式,为达到锅炉钢架设计过程中的高精度快速设计提供了理论依据。
The steel frame is the main load-bearing structure of the boiler. Generally, repeated design methods are used for verification and calculation. This method not only consumes a lot of time, but also results are not precise enough. This paper focuses on the analysis of the various loads on the steel frame of the boiler. The form and calculation method of the load that the steel frame of the boiler is subjected to during its operation are discussed. The effective application of the load in the finite element analysis process is proposed, which provides a theoretical basis for the high-precision and rapid design of the steel frame design process of the boiler.
