各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各有关直属单位:经省政府领导同意,现就入出境货运船舶查验收费有关事宜通知如下:一、鉴于原苏联已解体多年,情况发生了变化,对入出境货运船舶查验收费不再由中方收、发货人承担,均向船方或其代理人直接收取。二、有关船舶查验收费项目及标准,各查验部门应按国家有关规定办理,并考虑我省河运船舶实际情况,在规定允许的范围内尽量给予照顾,以支持对外贸易运输的发展。
