目的分析复方丹参注射液导致不良反应的特征,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2001年1月~2005年12月使用复方丹参注射液导致不良反应的25例患者的病例资料进行分析。结果复方丹参注射液导致不良反应的临床表现主要为速发型皮肤瘙痒,其次为心动过速,哮喘和过敏性休克较少见。结论临床应合理使用复方丹参注射液,减少不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions caused by compound Danshen injection and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The data of 25 patients with adverse reactions caused by compound Danshen injection from January 2001 to December 2005 in our hospital were analyzed. Results The clinical manifestations of adverse reactions caused by compound Danshen injection were mainly immediate itching, followed by tachycardia, asthma and anaphylactic shock. Conclusion The clinical use of compound Danshen injection should be rationally used to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
