自古以来,建筑同文化就有着千丝万缕的联系。建筑是文化的表现形式,也是文化传承发展的依托。在中国的房地产界,对于文化有一种特殊的情结。或许是因为中国当代房地产业过快发展,使得竞争手段的创新多元化,沐浴着博大精深的中国文化的国人对文化有着更高层次的追求。在竞争日趋激烈的中国房地产产业,遇到了信息爆炸之后的多元文化新时期,建筑文化不由自主地成为了房产商实现房地产开发销售的切入点。文化元素通过房地产市场的催化,使得文化建筑成为真正意义上的文化资本。
