本文介绍了一种适于低温冷气内冷却的电镀CBN砂轮。实验结果表明 ,此CBN砂轮的结构不仅能够满足低温冷气内冷却的要求 ,而且与传统磨削相比能够使磨削温度降低 30~ 4 0 %。此外 ,本文对冷气压力对磨削温度的影响也进行了实验分析。本文研究表明 ,在磨削过程中 ,使用冷气代替磨削液冷却是降低磨削温度、减少由于磨削液排放造成的环境污染的一种有效的方法。
This article describes a suitable electroplating CBN grinding wheel for cooling in cold air. The experimental results show that the structure of the CBN grinding wheel can not only meet the requirements of cooling in cold air, but also reduce the grinding temperature by 30% ~ 40% compared with the conventional grinding. In addition, the paper also conducted an experimental analysis of the impact of air-conditioning pressure on the grinding temperature. This study shows that the use of cold air instead of cooling liquid in the grinding process is an effective way to reduce the grinding temperature and reduce the environmental pollution caused by the discharge of grinding fluid.
