利用高一或高二年级的研究性学习课题,完成类似“海带浸泡时间与碘残留量关系”的研究课题,是中学教师在落实指导研究性学习中最为常见且有效的手段。本文以中学水平的实验设备为基础,设计完成海带中碘含量的测定。通过实验,小组成员在烘干、灰化、溶液配制、抽滤、比色等实验操作上有很大提升,同时发现当浸泡时间超过16小时后,海带中的碘含量低于10%。
It is the most common and effective way for secondary school teachers to implement guided research study that the researches on the relationship between “kelp soaking time and iodine residues” are completed by using the research topics of the first or second year. Based on the experimental equipment of high school level, this paper designs the determination of iodine content in kelp. Through experiments, the members of the group have greatly improved the experimental operation such as drying, ashing, solution preparation, suction filtration and colorimetric test, and found that the iodine content in the kelp is less than 10% when the soaking time exceeds 16 hours.
