棒线材的无头轧制工艺 ,要求焊接部位与基体具有同样的性能。本文以 2 0 Mn Si钢作为研究对象 ,焊接实验用 UN- 10 0型闪光焊机 ,采用预热闪光焊接模拟高温状态下的坯料焊接 ,轧制用 30 0轧机。通过实验研究了焊接时的顶锻压力对焊接部位的强度、塑性、韧性的影响。结果表明 ,合理的焊接工艺和足够的轧制变形能够使焊接部位的组织性能与基体相近 ,满足使用要求。
The endless wire rod rolling process requires welding parts and matrix with the same performance. In this paper, 2 0 Mn Si steel was taken as the research object. The UN-10 0 flash welding machine was used in the welding experiment. The pre-heated flash welding was used to simulate the welding of the blank at high temperature. The influence of the upsetting pressure on the strength, ductility and toughness of the welded part was studied experimentally. The results show that the reasonable welding process and sufficient rolling deformation can make the microstructure and properties of the welded parts close to the substrate, meeting the requirements of application.
