27SiMn钢空洞型缺陷和组织的演变规律

利用实验室轧制实验研究了不同变形温度和变形量条件下27Si Mn钢空洞型缺陷和组织的演变规律,采用一元非线性函数拟合了空洞平均直径与变形量间的关系,分析了变形温度和变形量对空洞平均直径和组织的影响,利用固态相变热力学和动力学基本原理探讨了变形温度和变形量对组织的影响机理,结果表明:影响空洞闭合的主要变形参数为变形量,变形量与空洞平均直径较好的符合D=9.29+210.08e-ε/11.78函数关系,随变形温度降低和变形量增加,点链状晶界铁素体(GBF)数量减少而等轴状铁素体数量增加,铁素体体积分数有所提高,组织整体细化,相变驱动力的提高和形核率的增加及其对铁素体相变的诱导作用可很好的解释组织的演变规律,为实现空洞型缺陷和组织均质化集成控制,适宜的变形温度在950℃左右,变形量30%~40%。 The cavitation defects and microstructure evolution of 27Si Mn steel under different deformation temperatures and deformations were investigated by laboratory rolling experiments.
