以番茄抗晚疫病材料CLN2037和感病材料T2-03杂交的F2分离群体的147个单株为试材,通过抗病性鉴定,选择高抗单株和高感单株分别建抗、感病池。采用BSA法筛选了230条RAPD引物,其中引物CCPB272-03(序列为GGTCGATCTG)在抗、感病池扩增出多态性片段CCPB272-03740,通过F2单株验证后证明CCPB272-03740与抗晚疫病基因Ph-3紧密连锁,遗传距离为5.8cM。
147 individuals of F2 segregating population crossed with tomato late blight resistance material CLN2037 and susceptible material T2-03 were selected as tested materials and their resistance to disease was evaluated. Pool. A total of 230 RAPD primers were screened by BSA method. The primer CCPB272-03 (sequence: GGTCGATCTG) amplified polymorphic fragment CCPB272-03740 in the resistant and susceptible ponds. The Ph-3 gene is closely linked with a genetic distance of 5.8cM.
