目的观察血浆炎症及促凝活性相关指标的水平变化在2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化患者诊治评价中的意义。方法采用免疫比浊法、酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法和血凝分析仪,分别检测单纯糖尿病组60例、糖尿病合并大血管病变组74例和正常对照组46例血浆hsCRP、PAI-1t、-PA和Fbg浓度。结果2型糖尿病血管病变组的hsCRP、PAI-1和Fbg水平均高于无血管病变组和正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),但t-PA在各组间差异无显著性。结论hsCRP、PAI-1和Fbg等水平的升高,可能与2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化和血栓形成有关。
Objective To observe the changes of plasma inflammation and procoagulant activity in the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with atherosclerosis. Methods Totally 60 cases of simple diabetic group, 74 cases of diabetic macroangiopathy group and 46 cases of normal control group were used to detect plasma hsCRP, PAI-1, -PA and Fbg concentrations. Results The levels of hsCRP, PAI-1 and Fbg in type 2 diabetic patients with vascular disease were significantly higher than those without vascular disease and normal controls (P <0.05, P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference in t-PA between the two groups. Conclusions The increase of hsCRP, PAI-1 and Fbg levels may be related to atherosclerosis and thrombosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
