坚持什么样的文化方向,推动建设什么样的文化,是一个政党在思想上精神上的一面旗帜。八十年来,我们党高举中国先进文化的前进旗帜,努力建设和弘扬反映革命、建设和改革要求的新文化,荡涤旧社会遗留下来和国外渗透进来的腐朽没落的旧文化,从思想上精神上极大地解放和激励了广大干部群众,在全党和全国人民中形成了凝聚人心、统一意志的正确指导思想和共同理想。五四运动以后,中国产生了由中国共产党领导的崭新的文化生力军,形成无产阶级领导的人民大众的反帝反封建的新民主主义文化。新中国成立后,我们党在努力发展经济的同时,在全社会倡导爱祖国、爱人民、爱科学、爱劳动的社会风气,贯彻“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的基本方针,发展繁荣了科学教育文化事业。
What kind of cultural direction to adhere to and promote what kind of culture to build is a political party’s ideological and spiritual banner.
