部队营养卫生调查工作中的膳食调查,沿用称量法和查账法。前者较繁,但能比较准确地反映部队营养的实际情况。后者虽然不需每日逐餐称量和登记各种食物重量,而在计算食物营养成分时,需查阅食物成分表逐个计算,花费较多的时间。这两种方法都比较繁琐,是多年来阻碍我军营养卫生调查工作普遍和经常进行的主要原因。以往部队卫生工作同志,在简化膳食调查方法方面,作了不少努力。尤其在食物营养成分计算上,南京军区、59170部队等单位,曾设计出食物营养成分计算尺、计算盘、计算图等。但是部队依然需要更简单易行的膳食调查方法,以便更好地开展部队营养卫生调查工作。为了贯彻执行伟大领袖和导师毛主席关于“要准备打仗”的指示,提高部队营养卫生
