我省是农业大省,绝大多数学校分布在农村,仅以黑河市为例,全市有普通中小学880所,其中乡镇中小学180所,占20%,村小学650所,占74%。因此,做好农村基础教育档案的收集、整理、开发、利用工作,对于深化教育改革,发展教育事业,乃至提高全民族的素质,具有十分重要的意义。当前广大农村教育工作者档案意识正在逐渐形成,涌现出一些档案工作比较规范的单位。但从整体上看,农村基础教育档案工作还存在许多薄弱环节,规范化程度还比较低,质量较差,这些问题的存在直接影响档案的利用价值和使用寿命。 The province is a major agricultural province.
