反贪侦查是人民检察院对于自己直接受理的贪污贿赂案件,在侦查阶段依照法律规定进行搜集犯罪证据,采取强制措施,查清案件事实,在证据确实充分的情况下,将案件移送审查起诉的一种专门调查活动。随着时代的进步,法律日渐完善,我国公民的人权意识也随之觉醒,而在当前的反贪侦查中,仍然存在不少轻视、漠视犯罪嫌疑人人权的现象。
