采用新型的两段式二次加热工艺,研究了不同二次加热温度对6061铝合金微观组织的影响,并与常规二次加热工艺进行了对比分析。结果表明,采用新型的两段式二次加热可以明显改善半固态坯料的微观结构,获得等效圆直径更小、圆整度更高的晶粒,更有利于触变成形。6061铝合金最佳的两段式二次加热工艺为:先在595℃保温5min,随后在10min内升高至640℃,继续保温15min,此时晶粒平均等效直径为121.9μm,平均圆整度为0.72.
The effect of different secondary heating temperature on the microstructure of 6061 aluminum alloy was studied with a novel two-stage secondary heating process. The comparison was made with the conventional secondary heating process. The results show that the microstructure of semi-solid billet can be obviously improved by the new two-stage reheating, and the grains with smaller equivalent circle diameter and higher roundness can be obtained, which is more conducive to thixoforming. The optimum two-stage reheating process for 6061 aluminum alloy is as follows: firstly, the steel is incubated at 595 ° C. for 5 minutes, and then raised to 640 ° C. in 10 minutes, and then kept for 15 minutes.
