褐稻虱(Nilaparvata lugens)是水稻的重要害虫之一。经分离鉴定,已发现引起褐稻虱死亡的病原微生物多达20余种,其中以虫霉菌(Entomophthora delphacisHori)最重要。褐稻虱虫霉菌在我国南方稻区分布很广,特别是临近晚稻收获时期,如遇阴雨天气,在田间常见到数量很多的褐稻虱被此菌寄主,有的地方寄生率高达70～80％。近几年来,我们对该菌作了一些初步的研究与观察,现将结果简要报道如下。 Nilaparvata lugens is one of the important pests in rice. Brown rice louse beetles mold is widely distributed in the rice area of ​​southern China, especially near the late rice harvesting time, in case of overcast and rainy days, a large number of brown planthoppers are commonly found in the field by the host bacteria. In some places, the parasitism rate is as high as 70-80 %. In recent years, we made some preliminary studies and observations on this bacterium, and the results are briefly reported below.
