MG500型提梁机主梁采用双箱梁,支腿采用一刚一柔的结构,起重量500t,大车重载走行,通过小车移动实现箱梁横移,走行机构采用变频技术,整机采用PLC控制,大车走行和小车走行均采用单轨走行方案。考虑不同梁场的使用需要,可通过改变提梁机主梁的分段长度和支腿分段长度及新制部分接头分段来实现提梁机的变跨和变高,最大跨度33m,最大起升高度34m。两台MG500型提梁机联合抬吊作业,可进行铁路客运专线20m、24m、32m跨预制双线整孔预应力箱形混凝土梁的提升和装卸施工。
MG500 type beam machine girder using double box girder, leg with a just a soft structure, lifting capacity of 500t, trolley heavy travel, moving through the car to achieve box girder traversing, walk agencies using frequency conversion technology, the whole machine with PLC Control, cart travel and car travel are monorail travel program. Considering the need of different beam field, the variable span and height of the beam lifter can be achieved by changing the length of the main beam and the length of the outrigger and the new section of the joint. The maximum span is 33m and the maximum lifting height 34m. Two MG500-type lifting beam lift operation together for the passenger dedicated line 20m, 24m, 32m prefabricated double-line pre-tensioned box prestressed concrete box girder lifting and loading and unloading construction.
