初探肿瘤患者红细胞及肿瘤红细胞免疫低下原因 ,按酵母菌红细胞花环试验改良法检测 73例恶性肿瘤患者酵母菌红细胞花环率 (RBC·C3bRR) ,红细胞免疫复合花环率 (RBC·ICR) ,红细胞受体花环促进率 (RFER) ,红细胞受体花环受体抑制率 (RFIR) ,自然肿瘤红细胞花环 (NTERT)直向肿瘤红细胞花环 (DTER) ,协同肿瘤花环 (ATER) ,促肿瘤红细胞花环 (ETER) 8项指标 ,与献血员相比 ,除RBC·ICR和RFIR显著增高外 (P <0 0 1 ) ,其余均显著降低 (P <0 0 1 )。说明肿瘤患者红细胞免疫功能低下与RBC·ICR和RFIR增高有关。
To explore the causes of low immunity of red blood cells and tumor red blood cells in cancer patients, and to test the rate of red blood cell rosettes (RBC·C3bRR), red blood cell immune complex rosette rate (RBC·ICR), red blood cell receptors in 73 patients with malignant tumors according to the yeast red blood cell garland test. Rosette Promotion Rate (RFER), Red Cell Receptor Rosette Receptor Inhibitory Rate (RFIR), Natural Tumor Red Cell Wreath (NTERT) Straight Tumor Red Cell Wreath (DTER), Cooperative Tumor Rosette (ATER), Promoter Tumor Red Cell Wreath (ETER) 8 Compared with blood donors, except for RBC, ICR, and RFIR, the index (P <0 01) was significantly lower (P <0 01). It shows that the low red blood cell immune function in cancer patients is related to the increase of RBC, ICR and RFIR.
