在体外白细胞介素(IL)1和IL-8能增强吞噬念珠菌的中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞的抗微生物活性,近年来实验发现α干扰素(IFN-α)也有此功能.在免疫功能损害病人 (人类免疫缺陷症病毒感染者,其他免疫缺陷症患者,癌症化疗者和器官移植后免疫抑制剂应用者)的口腔内经常发生各种微生物感染,因此对真菌感染的控制可能是此类病人维持体内稳态的重要步骤.作者以16名22~43岁的健康志愿者为研究对象,在收集唾液标本后,再用生理盐水冲洗口腔收获冲洗细胞并加以培养,以ELISA法检测唾液中和冲洗细胞培养上清中的IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-8和IFN-α,并用相应的抗细胞因子特异性抗体免疫染色冲洗细胞以确定产生细胞因子的细胞.
