在不同时间测定34只兔的脊髓和血液MDA,研究脊髓损伤和UBI治疗的脂质过氧化变化。结果发现,脊髓MDA是血液MDA的8倍,正常情况下脊髓MDA不受UBI影响。脊髓损伤后2h~2d骤然升高,3d~12d降低,但仍高于正常。UBI疗效非常显著,3d~12d已经正常或接近正常。血液MDA脊髓损伤后上升,但其升降幅度远不如脊髓MDA,UBI也未使其下降。实验提示,脊髓MDA能比较客观地反映脊髓局部的脂质过氧化,而血液MDA只能作为参数。UBI可以减轻继发性损伤中自由基介导的脂质过氧化,保护脊髓细胞和亚细胞的膜脂结构,达到恢复功能的目的。
The spinal cord and blood MDA of 34 rabbits were measured at different times to study changes in lipid peroxidation of spinal cord injury and UBI treatment. The results showed that the MDA in the spinal cord was 8 times higher than that in the blood, and normal MDA in the spinal cord was not affected by UBI. The spinal cord injury increased suddenly from 2h to 2d and decreased from 3d to 12d, but it was still higher than normal. The effect of UBI is very significant, and normal or nearly normal from 3d to 12d. The blood MDA increased after spinal cord injury, but its increase and decrease was far less than that of spinal cord MDA. UBI did not decrease it either. Experiments show that the spinal cord MDA can objectively reflect the lipid peroxidation of the spinal cord, and blood MDA can only be used as a parameter. UBI can reduce the free radical-mediated lipid peroxidation in secondary injury, protect the spinal cord and subcellular membrane lipid structure, and achieve the purpose of restoring function.
