Defined Daily Dose (DDD) recommended by the WHO was used as the unit for the determination of the drug used, and drug consumption was analyzed by DDDs. According to the amount of drugs and DDDs sort order, the amount of sales statistics and changes, combined with pharmacoeconomics on the use of antimicrobial agents in our hospital for retrospective review and analysis. In 2013 and 2014, the total amount of antimicrobial drugs consumed in our hospital was almost the same as that of total DDDs. From the classification point of view, cephalosporins, carbapenems and quinolones DDDs were the largest. From a single point of view, cefoperazone / Sulbactam injection, cefathiamidine injection, cefotaxime sodium injection, biapenean injection DDDs in the forefront. Description of our hospital antimicrobial drug application is reasonable, especially in recent years through the implementation of special antimicrobial drug clinical remediation activities, the effective promotion of clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents.
