机电队员工的安全是煤矿安全稳定生产的一个重要组成部分。员工以尽职尽责的态度投入工作才能实现零事故、零工伤的安全目标。提高员工满意度可以促进员工认真积极工作,实现更安全稳定的生产。对晋煤集团长平机电队人员调度问题进行了研究。首先用三元组α/β/γ方法对问题进行了描述,充分考虑人员的行为特征,结合前景理论得出满意度函数。将人员调度问题描述为以人员满意度最大化为目标,并受到成本、劳动法规及班次等约束限制的优化调度问题,以此建立相应的数学模型;其次运用模拟植物生长算法实现模型求解;最后用实际案例进行了数值仿真。结果表明,该优化算法可行有效,目的明确,计算时间短,可满足实际需求。
The safety of MEP team employees is an important part of the safe and stable production of coal mines. The results show that the optimization algorithm is feasible and effective, the purpose is clear, the calculation time is short, and the actual demand can be satisfied.
