目的探讨趋化因子受体3(CXCR3)及血管生成拟态(VM)在结肠癌肝转移中的表达及其与临床指标的关系。方法免疫组织化学染色检测40例结肠癌肝转移手术标本(A组)和30例结肠癌无肝转移手术标本(B组)CXCR3的表达,过碘酸雪夫氏(PAS)染色检测结肠癌组织中VM的表达,分析CXCR3和VM与临床指标的相关性。结果 A组结肠癌组织中CXCR3阳性表达率77.5%,VM阳性表达率72.5%,肝转移瘤中CXCR3阳性表达率75.0%;B组结肠癌组织CXCR3阳性表达率43.3%,VM阳性表达率20.0%,两组间差异有统计学意义。相关性分析表明,CXCR3的表达与结肠癌分化程度、淋巴结转移、肝转移呈正相关,CXCR3与VM阳性表达也呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR3和VM在结肠癌肝转移组的结肠癌组织中高表达,CXCR3和VM的表达与结肠癌的转移及分化程度有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3) and vasculogenic mimicry (VM) in hepatic metastasis of colon cancer and its relationship with clinical parameters. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CXCR3 in 40 cases of colon cancer with liver metastases (A group) and 30 cases of colon cancer without liver metastasis (B group). The expression of CXCR3 in colon cancer tissues was detected by periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) staining VM expression, analysis CXCR3 and VM and clinical indicators of relevance. Results The positive expression rate of CXCR3 in colon cancer tissues was 77.5% in group A, the positive expression rate of VM in VM was 72.5% in group A, and the positive rate of CXCR3 in liver metastases was 75.0%. The positive expression rate of CXCR3 in colon cancer tissues in group B was 43.3% , The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Correlation analysis showed that the expression of CXCR3 was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation of colon cancer, lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis, and positively correlated with the positive expression of CXCR3 (P <0.05). Conclusions CXCR3 and VM are highly expressed in colon cancer tissues of patients with liver metastasis from colon cancer. The expression of CXCR3 and VM is related to the metastasis and differentiation of colon cancer.
