目的对计算机X线摄影(CR)和数字化X线摄影(DR)的图像质量进行评价对比,分析其摄影特点,旨在提高摄影质量并为其合理应用提供参考。方法随机抽取各类CR片和DR片各200张,依照X线照片评片标准进行质量评定。结果 DR甲级片率高于CR片(71.0%vs62.0%,P<0.05),丙级片CR与DR相当,两者废片率均低。结论 CR与DR具有共同数字化储存和传输,DR作为直接数字成像,在成像环节、图像分辨率、成像速度、宽容度、后处理功能及辐射剂量方面均优于CR,但CR在灵活性方面略显优势。因此,CR与DR可能会互补互存,共同发展。DR与CR到底哪个更适用,应根据医院目前的发展规模、经济状况及工作量的大小来决定,但DR将是数字化技术发展的终端目标。
Objective To evaluate the imaging quality of computerized radiography (CR) and digital radiography (DR), and to analyze its photographic characteristics so as to improve the quality of photography and provide a reference for its rational application. Methods A total of 200 CR films and DR films were randomly selected and evaluated according to the radiographic criteria. Results The grade of DR Grade A was higher than that of CR (71.0% vs62.0%, P <0.05). Conclusions CR and DR have a common digital storage and transmission. DR is better than CR in imaging, image resolution, imaging speed, latitude, postprocessing function and radiation dose as direct digital imaging. However, CR is slightly more flexible Significant advantage. Therefore, CR and DR may complement each other and develop together. DR and CR in the end which is more appropriate, should be based on the hospital’s current development scale, economic status and the size of the workload to decide, but the DR will be the ultimate goal of digital technology development.
