我国多年来的经济建设的经验证明,生产建设规模要与国力相适应,只有从总体上保持财政、信贷、物资和外汇的平衡,才能保证国民经济的协调发展。因此从宏观上加强综合平衡十分重要。搞好物资管理,能够充分发挥物资的效用,在一定程度上能够加快生产建设的速度,并能提高国民经济的效益。现就加强综合平衡和搞好物资工作问题,谈几点看法。
The experience of our country’s economic construction over the years has proved that the scale of production and construction must be adapted to national strength. Only by maintaining the balance of finance, credit, materials, and foreign exchange in general can we ensure the coordinated development of the national economy. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the overall balance from the macro perspective. To do a good job in material management can give full play to the effectiveness of materials, to a certain extent, to speed up the production and construction, and can improve the efficiency of the national economy.
