近年来,人们对光泵分子激光器越来越注意。文献[3]中报导了用新的激活介质14ΝH3获得峰值功率为5千瓦、效率0.3%、波长为λ=12.81微米的振荡。继文献[3]之后,马上又出现了好些工作,报导了用单光子泵浦时在新的波段——12.08及11.46微米、 12.28微米——获得的振荡,在用两台CO2激光器进行双光子泵浦时在6~35微米波段内的许多波长上也获得了振荡。
