目的 探讨急性硬膜下血肿快速自然消散机理及临床特征.方法 对13例急性硬膜下血肿快速自然消散临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 13例急性硬膜下血肿72 h内8例完全消散,5例明显缩小.结论 急性硬膜下血肿快速自然消散保守治疗预后较好,动态头颅CT检查对本病的诊断及治疗具有重要价值.
